Using very slow, rhythmic strokes with medium pressure this massage allows your body and mind to sink into a state of bliss. Manual lymphatic drainage techniques support the body’s natural expulsion of toxins and waste, cleansing you from the inside out. We start with guided breathing and flow gently into a full body massage finishing at the head, face, neck and shoulders. You’ll drift away feeling lighter and calm. This massage is performed to 528 Hz music, energetically stress-reducing and the perfect relaxation music for full time workers. I also use a combination of various sound healing instruments as well as essential oils intuitively throughout the treatment for a full senses experience.

Book an hour, and you’ll receive a full hour of hands-on treatment — sometimes a little more. I don’t watch the clock when your body is asking for a little extra time; I work intuitively, allowing the treatment to unfold naturally.
