For nearly twenty years, I’ve held space for clients of all ages—from newborn-holding mamas to cherished elders—offering massage therapy, breathwork, and gentle energy healing to support, comfort, balance, and restore wellbeing.

From my cosy therapy room in Brynsadler, I provide a mind-body approach, combining advanced techniques like myofascial release and Post Isometric Relaxation with mindfulness and sound healing to promote lasting well-being.
